Actually, they will be in a hurry to get the dirty job done so they can clean up, finish their charting, and go home. They will rush through the job as fast as they can. Your best option is to reschedule shoot for being the first procedure of the day.

Hopefully they remove the suspected malignant tissue they want to biopsy from the correct lung. Often times, later in the day when they are tired and just want to go home, they **** up and do the wrong lung.

The prostate? That's even worse. There is no way you want them using the rotor-rooter at 1;15 pm. They will have had a few beers with lunch, and there is no telling what will happen when they go in there with that thing. -
