i haven't for about 4-5 years. i used to get pineapple + bacon with extra cheese and hand tossed crust. i've bought a few pizzas with grilled chicken strips + pineapple and that beep is way too heavy, and way too much salt, like 50x the daily recommended salt.
i don't go for deep dish or thin crust normally, though i do enjoy them. with thin crust I'll go for supreme.
i always tip at least $5, every time. that's just gas for the driver from getting from the store to your house and back, tipping less is beep up. plus i've known a lot of pizza delivery drivers, that job is aggravating and should only be done if you have a hooptie. -

If you tip well they will show up on time, every time.
My local pizza place shows up within a half hour after I place an online order, all the time, every time, because I always tip at least $5. Except on extraordinary circumstances, like a Friday night during Lent when everyone in a 20-block radius is ordering pizza because they don't eat meat.
