Maybe Italians. I've seen a lot of funny old Italian men. And little old Italian ladies can be very cute and funny.

I find that old Chinese people are always a hit in the personality department - Adorable, polite, and mild-mannered. They're always a miss in the voice department though. Extremely shrill.
