Not the best movie but Penn was fantastic as Harvey

Sorry, I really didn't enjoy this movie. It was too long and was not exactly gripping. There were some good parts but I won't say its one of the best movies I have seen in recent years. Even the part where both the Mayor and Milk was shot didn't feel like a climatic end. It felt like any other scene in the movie.
But Penn - Wow, he was fantastic as Harvey Milk. He's a fine actor. I believe he won the Oscar for the role. Well deserved.

I hate his politics and not a fan of the person in general.but man can Penn immerse himself in a role and put out some mighty fine acting.
