Campbell Scott. Kevin Bacon was great in it, but the looks of the Lt. Col. are more identical to Campbell Scott.

Frankly, I cannot think of any actor who could have done a better job in this role than Kevin Bacon. I didn't know he had it in him.

He did a great job. Campbell Scott would have done a great job as well. Remember, his dad played General Patton. The looks are too similar to deny.
