Just out of couriosity does the cartels really use grenades etc etc? I know it's fiction, but I wonder how close this to reality.
(I'm from Scandinavia, so how would I know)

There are criminals, gang elements, and home grown terrorist that are caught with hand grenades every year here in the U.S.
Not to mention a long list of other elements.
