Why was J.K. Simmons character mad at Henry in s02e02, when he lost ton of money on the auction? Henry had nothing to do with that lady's fake biding.

Henry was the only other person around when Stiltsken and Diandra were discussing it. He found out it was "some broke divorce" who was bidding and put two and two together.

That, and the Simmons character is one of those know-it-all blow hards with a loud mouth that jumps to conclusions and thinks he knows everything. It was perfectly fitting for his character to react that way.
