This was the first episode where I really felt they might have jumped the shark. I thought everything up until this point was great, but this episode felt like they dropped the ball.

The group trying to escape with Hannah and Kodiak realize the plan failed, and Natalie just sits there and starts to finally break down for the first time we've really seen as her hopes are destroyed, and just as if to spite her the first snow starts to fall signaling winter's arrival and another season of death and cannibalism…THAT was beautiful from a narrative standpoint
I really REALLY hated
That Hannah just killed Kodiak the way she did.
and I'm not a fan of
Van dying or how she died, or the sequence of her and her younger self watching her death…I thought that sort of deflated the emotional impact it should have had, though I did like the line "surviving wasn't the prize/treasure" < paraphrasing probably
I am not going to give up on the series just yet, but I'd say the finale will really have to be very good to fix the damage done to my opinion of the show after last night's episode. I hope it will be, I don't watch much TV but I recall when a series has multiple seasons that it is usually the 3rd season which will make or break it's future going forward. The last time I was really excited for a TV series and watched it while airing was Bates Motel, and well, that failed to me after season 3 as well. We'll see though.

I was going to write a whole post on it, all the things I liked vs disliked (of which there were many more)…but it's a lot, and it seems not many people bother to interact with the threads I've already written about theories etc on here…so seemed like it wasn't really worth the effort.

This show had promise. Season 1 was fantastic, compelling premise, but:
- s2 sucked
- the adult timeline is idiotic and snuffs out the suspense from the woods timeline
- there isn’t enough story to cover 5 seasons which is the plan
So S3 has been lots of filler with some truly great episodes but mostly trash.
Stop.

Sophie Nelisse (young Shauna) has said that when people see the final scene of the final episode this season, they will be screaming at their television sets.

will die. Also, they've said they will reveal who Lottie's killer is…I had speculated it was Walter, but I'm not sure, last night's episode seemed to suggest his involvement too obviously…and now after
Melissa murdered Van
I have to wonder what she is really up to…perhaps
personal vendetta, it was Lottie,Van,Taissa,Shauna, and Misty who were team stay in the woods and avoid rescue…also could she be working with Walter?
Let's hope the answers don't disappoint.

Snowglobe ending was kinda cool though, it practically screams at you from the title of the show. You probably shouldn't take it literally. Just kind of a little wink at the end, there's no real way to end an ongoing drama show like St. Elsewhere.

I really hope not. I speculate that she will be the last one standing. She IS the main character that they've set up for the series to really be most focused on. I think she will just continue to spiral, maybe the end will have her really snap, kill off her remaining teammates and maybe even her family…I could see it happening at this rate.
