Why is this rated 18 on DVD in the UK?

The BBFC's website gives no reason, only giving info about the 15-cert for the cinema and claiming it was uncut (although, these days, we never know whether it's been pre-cut prior to submission)
Thanks in advance,

Yep, it states 15 on BBFC's site, but on Amazon they have the Blu-ray and DVD listed as 18, which is confusing

I think the reason why they upped the rating was, because of the BBFC's hang up with younger people playing back certain scenes. This was a pretty strong 15 certificate, but then again, so was Schwarzenegger's Sabotage and that kept its 15 certificate for the DVD/Blu-ray.
