The only thing I could focus on when she was on screen was that huge vein on her forehead. What was that thing?

high blood pressure
stress
dehydration
too much alcohol consumption

Thanks, that's very interesting. I just found it so distracting that all I could look at was her forehead. I thought perhaps it was because she was so thin.
