It's been a good while since I've seen the movie, and I'm just wondering if Peeta killed anyone during the games. Thanx!

Yes, Peeta killed up to 5 tributes during the Games:
1: In the 74th HG, Peeta killed the District 8 Girl to put her out of her misery, after the Career pack he was with wounded her.
2: In the 74th HG, Peeta was credited by the Gamemakers with inadvertently killing Foxface, since he left the Nightlock berries out that she stole and ate.
3: In book for the 74th HG, the Careers say "Peeta is handy with that knife" when Katniss hears them from up in the tree, which suggests he may have played a role in killing somebody at the Bloodbath.
4: In the 3rd Quarter Quell,
Peeta fights and kills a male tribute next to his starting platform in the water.
5: In book for the 3rd Quarter Quell,
Peeta is said to have fought and killed Brutus at the end.
      I volunteer as tribute:
      🙂

This list is essentially correct, but doesnt take into account the differences between the books and films.
[Please note that this post contains spoilers for
        Catching Fire
        as well as
        The Hunger Games
        .]
1: In the 74th HG, Peeta killed the District 8 Girl to put her out of her misery, after the Career pack he was with wounded her.
Correct for the book, although there has been speculation that the girl may have died before Peeta got back to her.
However, this doesnt happen at all in the film. We see Glimmer approach the girl carrying Catos sword, then it cuts to a shot of Katniss. We then hear a scream and the cannon goes off: i.e. the girl dies immediately, so no need to send lover boy back to finish her off.
2: In the 74th HG, Peeta was credited by the Gamemakers with inadvertently killing Foxface, since he left the Nightlock berries out that she stole and ate.
This applies to both book and film. There have been suggestions particularly following the film - that Foxfaces death was suicide (i.e. she ate the berries
        knowing
they were poisonous), however Ive never personally bought that line. And anyway the gamemakers would never recognise it as suicide, so Peeta would still be credited.
3: In book for the 74th HG, the Careers say "Peeta is handy with that knife" when Katniss hears them from up in the tree, which suggests he may have played a role in killing somebody at the Bloodbath.
This has been speculated and although unconfirmed seems reasonable for the book, anyway. Theres even been some suggestion that Peeta killed the D4 boy; however as D4 are part of the Careers in the books, and the D4 girl survives the Bloodbath and becomes part of the Career pack, its perhaps not that likely.
In the film, D4 is not presented as a Career District, and Cato is shown killing the D4 boy. There are 3 deaths in the Bloodbath where the killer is unknown: the D10 girl, the D9 girl, and the D4 girl. Its possible that Peeta was responsible for at least one of these deaths, but nothing is actually shown to suggest this.
4: In the 3rd Quarter Quell, Peeta fights and kills a male tribute next to his starting platform in the water.
This is in the film (and I believe the tribute is meant to be the D9 male), but IIRC its not mentioned at all in the book.
5: In book for the 3rd Quarter Quell, Peeta is said to have fought and killed Brutus at the end
IIRC, its never made clear who killed Brutus in the film, but as he was working with Enobaria, and Finnick turns up near the tree immediately after the cannon goes off, it could only really be Johanna or Peeta. I believe Peeta is generally credited.
So: were probably looking at 3 kills and 1 possible for the books, and the same for the films (only a different combination).

I am not sure Peet's killed anyone in the bloodbath. In the book he listens to haymitch and doesn't engage, but instead heads straight for the trees. I always assumed the careers just found him later, so he could help find Karen's. In the movie it looks like he does the same, runs from the bloodbath. In the movie he stops to look back, so it's possible I guess he engaged.

Those were Haymitch's instructions, but from what I recall of the book there's no indication as to whether he followed them or not. Also, he may have had special instructions to cover Katniss' back, as it were, should she hesitate - which of course she did. Katniss' experience of the Bloodbath takes up only two pages or so, and she doesn't mention seeing Peeta after she appears to see him shaking his head while they're still standing on the pedestals, so we've got very little from the book to go on.
Basically, there are two possible scenarios: either Peeta ran off and then joined the Careers later, or else he hung around at the Bloodbath (perhaps to help Katniss get away). In the film, I think the former is more likely. In the book. the throwaway line about Peeta being "handy with that knife" (which is
            not
in the film) raises the question as to how the Careers knew that if they hadn't seen him fight, but really it's just speculation either way.
