The last shot is of Pine standing outside the hotel smiling to himself. The concierge asks if he can get him anything. Pine smiles even wider and responds "No, absolutely nothing" (or words to that effect). I expect he'll be able to buy his own new identity and life instead of the one Burr promised him which she probably can't deliver. I doubt anybody will come looking for that money.

He transferred to his personal Wells Fargo account. The 300M then disappeared when the banksters opened multiple accounts in his various names and depleted the funds via bank fees.
