It really is time they give us something new…

Like, a confirmation for a Red Dead 3. Just a confirmation and maybe a tiny teaser would be enough for now, but just knowing for sure that they're working on a new game would be enough. I'd like to start looking forward to another Red Dead but right now we can't be sure they're working on one. It's been too long now anyway!

I was thinking the same. Just let us know a new Red Dead is in the works. I don't care if it isn't coming out until 2016, we need to know it is in the works.

Don't know much about Rockstar do you?
They always play their cards close to their chest.
No one remember GTA V?
There was not a lot of news about it, a few rumours sure.
Then a trailer was shown out of the blue.
Seeing as how popular both financially and critically RDR was. I'd say it's a safe bet they have already begun working on a new game in the series, even if it's only the story/characters they are working on right now.
Plus with the advent of the new generation of gaming, etc I'm also willing to bet Rockstar have been developing
something
for the new generation.
Back in 2012, Rockstar said:
"We dont always rush to make sequels but that does not mean that we wont get back to them eventually. Stay tuned for further announcements about the future of Red Dead series."
You'll probably just wake up one day and there will be an official trailer for RDR 3 with no previous knowledge.
It's just how Rockstar work.
And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.
