I'm actually thinking I should save that for a general Fox-related discussion video that's in the pipeline at Midnight's Edge.
Did I mention? We are planning on doing that! :B

Will it mention the disappointing reviews for the new xmen?
        Yes. Absolutely.
And will this be a trank anthology video?
No, because it's not really related to Josh Trank. It'll be more like a roundtable.

General happenings across the board (almost all of which concern the current slate of
            X-Men
movies), including a potential superhero movie franchise fox got the rights to that's entirely unrelated to Marvel.
As for when it'll be up I don't have a clue. I think we'll record it before
            X-Men: Apocalypse
releases in the United States, but the video probably will not be up until a few days later.
EDIT: Since the guy running the channel is very busy travelling, he's saying that the discussion won't happen for another week and a half at the earliest. That's just for the podcast part of the show - that doesn't count editing the video together, which itself will take a few more days before it's ready to upload. By the time we talk, we both will have seen
            X-Men: Apocalypse
            .
            However, there is a new
            Spider-Man
video that I wrote in the pipeline, and it's coming very soon if everything works out, so if you need a fix of capesh movie studio politics, then there's that.

Okay, this thing was brilliant. The behind the scenes was, unlike the film, entertaining.
Someone should do one fo these for the new Ghostbusters travesty. Rumor has it the off camera there was just as entertainingly disastrous.

The Midnight's Edge guys already have three videos on the subject (
                ,
                , and
                ).

This is even funnier now that the page for the sequel got taken off of IMDB.

So far, those are just rumors. I mean, rumors about Marvel (except when it comes to exactly what will happen in the movies) typically winds up being true, but there's been rumors about this for awhile now.

I would, but FF isn't mentioned anywhere, and that's really what this wall of text is about.
EDIT: Actually, screw it. I'm adding it!

I just saw the rumor headlined in Facebook news now. Personally, I think Marvel and Fox should co-produce Fantastic Four very soon, but I'm willing to let Fox finish their current plans for X-Men before an MCU reboot. That series might be hit, near hit, near miss or miss, but it's a pretty good series anyway.

Right. There's no way that Fox is investing in an FF movie on their own. They'd need Marvel's involvement because they don't know what to do with the property.

Miles teller is still interested in the sequel despite this being a complete flop.

It's pretty clear it's not going to happen. Unless they've been silently developing it, by the time they'd get it out, it'd be way too long after the original for it to do any respectable business.
Not to mention, the first one didn't do respectable business to begin with (estimated loss of $80 million), how are they going to convince investors to invest in the movie?
