That's a typical "survival of the fittest" argument that I actually accept when it applies to me. But it's also fairly obvious that we aren't absolutely equally ruthless with all the people we know. I will go after some GoT troll who comes here and attacks me, or even someone I like, but I wouldn't dream of doing the same thing to someone from the board.

I see it as more of a ‘if they’ve said something worth making fun of, don’t hold back just because they’re female’ argument. That’s how I’ve understood the ‘never attack a female’ comments but your explanation is adequate. I’m not upset about this. I promise. I’m not. I swear.

Did I say don't attack a female? I've attacked Klam and Sophie quite viciously, and some of my most protracted battles have been with women. I thought Monicah was way too easy to go after. Now gwnyc…she would be worth some aspiring male troll's while… -

i agree, but then we need to expect the same laidbackness from both sides. and unless Monica is not gonna bring it herself up time and again and again, the other side shouldn't do it either. of course, Monica is trolling here, and she knows the Soapbox for quite some time and surely has experienced numerous online brawls before, as have we on our boards. so Monica is not so naive like she pretends to be here (i'm gonna assume that now) and plays her trollhand just swiftly as y'all did, at least for now lol - so these rules of trolling on this hellsite of a trollboard should apply for all the same and which Horation pointed out here: taking the bashing in and handling this as u want to, but do not take it personally. i'm in the process of learning that myself right now myself, bc as u know i've lost it a couple of times before. but i feel like it's working way better now, i'm not letting blows it struck me personally as easily anymore.

no, Penny, i don't think Monica's stories, the things she's told us openly weren't actually so outrageous at all. kinky and yes, but i have friends who have done even kinkier stuff and for years, and it's not being outrageous when u feel free and comfortable enough with ur body and mind that u actually can explore and live out ur very own sexuality and kinkiness. and like i said, many of my friends, are on Monicas level of hypersexuality. what they didn't do is, they didnt, share it with this message board, and didnt share with u. maybe that is what u find outrageous about it, that Monica is so open and confident with the things she does, that she has no problems sharing it.

I've answered your question before and it only leads to a formulaic and circular conversation wherein you then ask me to define what trolling even is, followed by disregarding the definition when I lay it out for you.
Not caring is, generally speaking, accompanied by a lack of interest. If you're contending you kept this song and dance going but didn't actually care about any of it, then what you've been doing is colloquially known as 'trolling.' -
