I don't know where that pic was taken, but the graffiti I saw was indentical, and it was in the ladies loo at the Wellington train station.

This was from so many years ago and I have never forgotten it…
This was on one of those blow dryers for hands.
The instructions were something like:

1. Push button
2. Hold hands under blowing hot air
   Then someone scratched in, and this still cracks me up:

i wont use a public restoom in the US unless it's at macy's, dillards, or jcp. and then it's ONLY to piss: my ass is not touching some common surface. If i'm in europe or elsewhere, i'm doing my business in a Hilton or Marriott: something classy which strives to keep the druggies out of the stalls.
I zip in and zip out; you are obviously comfortable with taking the time to snap some images. Hat tip to you

I happened to have my phone with me when I entered the stall, so why not take a pic to bring a little sunshine to others? You're making it sound like I brought a tripod into the stall and then developed the film in a darkroom or something.
