Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — The Age of Adaline

If you could become ageless like Adeline, what would your preferred age be? As a guy, I would choose 25 (for better or worse). I am already waaaaay past that age, but I think that is when I was in my prime.
When I'm good, I'm GOOD. When I'm bad, I'm BETTER.

I'd opt for 35. Pretty much peak of mental and physical condition, old enough to know how the world works and the best use of my time.

Maybe a year or 2 from now, 21 or 22

          1. Old enough to no longer care what people think. Still young enough to do adventurous things.

25 for me too. My brain and body were in perfect condition. Now I'm more cynical and flabby. Though, I do have to say that my imagination is at its pique. I don't know that I'm any wiser for the years.

" my imagination is at its pique. "
Usually people make the opposite mistake, using 'peek' or 'peak' when they really mean 'pique.'

                1. Perfect age to stop. Old enough to have learned from your past hardships & young enough to still live life freely.
