He is definitely up there and I am glad to see someone mention him because I really dislike his acting. Also Jesse Eisenberg to me is another wooden actor who makes tons of money and isn't that talented.

I thought Mark Ruffalo and Melanie Laurent were the best parts of the film.
Jesse Eisenberg was so annoying but that's maybe the character. Somehow I can never get past him as Mark Zuckerberg, so I always just see him as a smart mouthed, annoying twat.

I've got to take issue with you on this comment. Mark Ruffalo is a fine actor, perhaps he could choose his scripts more wisely but we've all got to eat. Very surprisingly (!), as I'm not a fan of Marvel, I love his portrayal of Dr. Banner. Maybe he reminds me of Bill Bixby!

I agree that he was surprisingly good as Bruce Banner - again he was one if the best things about The Avengers (along with RDJ of course!)

Yeah , I HATE mark buffalo and everyone else in this crappy movie , except only Mr Morgan Freeman and Mr Michael Caine .
The reason someone thinks he was great in Avengers : because he just copy and paste the character created by Edward Norton , but he cant copy Edward's great acting . To me , buffalo's bruce banner looks just like an old , fugly , whiny b!tch who is still a virgin .

Um, no. It's the worst script of all time. That can make anybody look bad, and it does, it makes the whole cast look ridiculous.

As always, IMDB posters and hyperbole are never far apart.
