I have just watched this movie on DVD. On the DVD I watched that scene wasn't after/during the credits - there were no scenes during/after the credits.
However, that scene was in the Deleted scenes section of the DVD.

That was a deleted scene, not after credits.

OP talks about the BluRay version where this scene indeed comes during the credits.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-SQOdAoPR8 , the meanings of this scene :
1/ The 3 horsemen take 1 horsewoman to an isolated area to "have some fun" with her , lol . Girls , remember : never ride alone with 3 40-years-old virgins like that .
2/ The 3 horsemen and 1 horsewoman go there to find some wild , big , strong horses to "have some fun" with them , that is why they call themselves "horse-men" .
3/ They go to that garbage dump , because that is where they are belong , because they are trashes , rubbishes , garbages

Look at their clothes. This scene actually happens before the first heist. Looks like it's how they get their gear. Imho it is indeed a deleted scene and not an end scene.

Could have occurred after laundry day.

In the extended cut, not theatrical, of the Bluray, it is a scene in the end credits.
