she is exactly what the general public would consider normal size though. The average size of a UK woman is now a size 16, and judging from her height etc, I would say she is about a 12 bottom 14/16 top, she is in no way large, but for films etc, she is considered a larger girl as the majority of women in films now are size zero anorexics on ridiculously dangerous diets to keep themselves at that dangerous weight

I should have gone straight to the more obvious arguement: that she was cast as the fat girl because she was "fat" and the general public will see her as a fat girl when they watch the film.
I think that clears up the is she fat or not debate which is not why I actually contributed to this thread.
I replied on this baord because I find it very frustrating that people are trying to claim that a girl who 10 years ago would have been described as very fat as normal just because soicety has regressed to a stage where the average British girl is now fat. She was fat 10 years ago and she is still fat now. -

so marilyn monroe was fat yeahplease you were the one saying on another post a size 12 is overweight, you can be a size 12 and be 5.9 or 5.4, you are going to look very different, you don't actually know what you are talking about, and 10 years ago is pretty much the same as now, if anything the anorexia problem has got worse

im sure its not the average size, im the average public and i would say a lot of my female friends are average size and they are all slimmer than her, yet they are by no means skinny.
thats not to say that the actress isnt attractive, but its not the average size at all, it may be turning into it with all this junkfood around, i lay no clain to be a health freak or have a six pack or be rake thin, i consider myself average, and im nowhere near her size.

trust me, it is the average size it has actually gone up, so i was underestimating but this study in 2000 shows it was a 14, it is now a 16

Remember what a person looks like on the screen is not what they look like in reality, the camera adds several pounds and as we saw her main weight is in her boobs, she had a pretty flat stomach, she just has a very curvy hour glass figure, she is at least an e cup, if not more -

the camera adding weight is a myth!!!
neil would be dead if thats him with several pounds on top!!! christian bale would be a blade of grass in the machinist!
