This should be pretty obvious but I hadn't really even thought about it until this morning in the shower.
S1 Pigman was a farmer that dressed like a pig while feeding his livestock, and ended up getting devoured by pigs when he tripped and fell in their pen.
S6 Pigman we saw the origin story for in S6E2.
