well, this is one of those films with bloody shocking endings!! I knew this psycho little teenage sl*t was up to something creepy, but what she did was totally devastating!!

There was all kind of foreshadowing pointing to this ending. The fact that she wanted to be a surgeon for one. Also she mentioned the risk of getting an infection in the hospitL and asked if her mom had any alternate plans. She told her sister that she was gonna do everything in her power to get her better. Etc Who didn't see it coming.

I'm usually totally oblivious to foreshadowing and I miss the subtle undertones of films sometimes, but in this case I'm with schmitty. As soon as she was in the library researching lungs I thought "Oh, so that's why it's called excision." Yet, the end was still really intense, even if you saw it coming.
