She gets lots of TV money to keep looking this ridiculous. Lots of famous people cling to one image their entire lives, despite any clashes with obvious aging.
Then again, the cartoonish streak of both movies runs deep, where every character is basically wearing only one kind of costume the entire time, aside from incidental variations.
That said, I didn't care for this sequel at all.
