Michael's family didn't move out because of Trevor, they moved out because of Michael. Sure, Amanda doesn't like him, but Tracey and Jimmy love their Uncle T. They moved out of the house first because Michael was making them all miserable, and then they moved out a second time after Devin Weston sent Merryweather soldiers to the house.

I seem to recall them being shocked when they heard about his death but not because they loved him, its cause he was a part of their familyonce. They seemed pleased when Mikey assured their safety now that Trevor is gone.

Jimmy was upset when he heard Trevor was killed, and even more shocked when he realized Michael did it. Michael then tries to defend his actions by saying, "he was dangerous. He wanted to kill us all."
That ending really brings Michael's true colors to life: he's a vindictive, two-faced liar. He tells Franklin they're still friends, but then blows him off when they meet in person.
Plus, if you compare both endings: when Franklin asks Michael's help in killing Trevor, he jumps at the chance. He even makes the shot if Franklin waits too long!
But when Frank asks Trevor's help in killing Michael, he rightfully refuses and wants nothing to do with him anymore. Hell, when Franklin is chasing Michael, the latter tries to convince him to go after Trevor instead.
Besides, we all know Steve Haines, Devin Weston, Stretch and Wei Cheng deserve to die much more than Michael and Trevor do, bad as they are. -

Did Micheal point his gun at Trevor? NO! It was Franklin's decision all along. He decides who lives and who doesn't. Sure Michael betrayed Trevor yet again but he knew life for what it was and he had a responsibility which is more than I could say for someone like Trevor who was reckless and a complete douchebag. Mike did what he could to protect his family even if it meant killing an old friendwho was the major cause behind all the chaos and mayhem he caused when he entered Mike's life. Trevor is the reason the chinese gangsters almost killed Mike at the Graveyard.
As for Wei Chang, I believe it has got something to do with Trevor's past, why would they hunt him down unless he screwed up shyt in the past? Not to mention he's such an insufferable arrogant bastard who snaps at others in every damn conversation, if you switch characters and choose Trevor you can see him in a beach drunk or trying to hit someonegeez! He was such a dick.

If Michael hadn't have lied to Trevor and just come clean with him at the house, that whole showdown in North Yankton might not have happened.

No. Ron met Cheng Jr. and set up a meeting with him and Trevor. But when Cheng Sr. decided to go with a larger operation (The O'Neils), Trevor ran off to kill them. That pissed off Cheng Sr. and he came to look for Trevor, spying on him during the time he and Michael were exiled in Blaine County, and since they lived together in the trailer, Cheng erroneously assumed they were lovers.

That's why I like to punish Trevor when ever possible. Either have him commit suicide or:
make him ride a bike at the start of "Caida Libre" so Michael can ram him off of it.
Let Trevor win the race to the office when setting up the Paleto score, so Michael can drive right into him.
In "Pack Man", have Franklin drive the Monroe into Trevor, knocking him over.
And finally, in "Fresh Meat", Franklin can get in his car, run Trevor over and kill him while on the phone with Lester. -

I understand but he might have ditched his old name because of Trevor, because wherever he goes, trouble follows eh?
He couldnt go on pretending to be friends with a criminal. It was the time for him to choose between his family and his fugitive friends. He chose wisely and managed to stay out of trouble for a while dealing with his anger issues. His life came crumbling down when Trevor returned, his wife and kids left him, gangsters tried to kill him and the lonelinessoh gad!

HmmI must have dozed off while playing as Trevor lol

Looks like you've found new ways to torture that maniac, might check it out sometime.

According to a phone conversation Michael has with Jimmy after "Fame or Shame", Jimmy mentions the reason for their name change was so Trevor wouldn't find them.
But anyway, despite being lied to and deceived for 10 years, Trevor still seemed like he wanted to restart his friendship with Michael, albeit a strained one. But when he kept mentioning Brad so many times, Michael should've sat him down and came clean with him. Sure, Trevor would've gotten angry and screamed at him, and probably broken a few things, but at least Mike wouldn't have been snatched up by the Chinese. Michael is just as much to blame for everything that happens to them. In fact, if you look over all the things happen to the protagonists in this game, pretty much EVERYTHING was Michael's fault.
As for Trevor, the only thing he did that I hated was killing Floyd. Debra, that's one thing. But Floyd was a nice guy who Trevor treated like crap and then murdered for no reason. After that, I just can't wait to ram him with Franklin's car in "Fresh Meat."
By the way, after you finish "Eye in the Sky", if you switch to Trevor, he'll be flying the GCPD chopper, having pretty much pushed the pilot out to his death. What I do is then make Trevor jump out, abandon his parachute and kiss the pavement. Sure it cost me $5,000, but let the punishment fit the crime. -

In that case you have no reason to hate Trevor because he didn't kill Floyd. Debra did.
Remember, Debra had the gun at the end of the cutscene and we found out Floyd died from a gunshot wound via the radio.
Debra shot/killed Floyd, then Trevor stabbed Debra to death in retaliation. That's why Trevor was covered in blood. -

They should have had an option where franklin gets taken out, I actually killed him off in one of my save files so he's not a playable character anymore.

Using an older version of the GTA V save editor there is a checkbox by the characters pic that you can check/uncheck if you want them playable(alive) in the game, in the newer versions they dont give the option to make franklin dead anymore.

"Having franklin dead in my game isnt a problem,"
That's not what I meant. Just having a MYTHBUSTERS' moment.
"I never cared for the character or his storyline anyway"
I have no strong objection to him. Or to Michael. However, my favourite is Trevor - despite the rocky beginning. Poor old Johnny
I played as Johnny Klebitz for six months solid - every day - leading up to the release of GTA V. You can imagine how shattered I was to see him die with 5 minutes of Trevor's introduction. I held a grudge against Trevor for my first full play-through.

Yeah Trevor is also my favorite character I just hate that the game always makes him spawn at the strip club instead of Sandy Shores where i'd much rather be than in the city, I hadnt played GTA IV in so long I had completely forgotten all about it an the characters, but man it looks terrible everything looks soo blurry an fuzzy.

Nah the game just looks that bad even with the brightness/contrast/saturation at their default settings which which I dont think all of them should have been options to mess with anyway. I'll try an get some screenshots of how bad the graphics look in the versions i'm playing
