Why wont my rockstar editor things save?

Every time i save project as and save it it never works because when i go onto my edits to view them all i ever get are the non-edited versions.
Help.

I seem to have fixed it myself, that aside I know it's not a tech support forum, but I am pretty sure it is a GTAV forum and my post is a GTAV topic it practically belongs in a GTAV forum, so what's your point?.

Apparently there are technical issues with it at present. You are not the only gamer I've read complaining about it. So you are not alone.
Perhaps the new DLC will contain a correction for it. The new DLC is downloading even as I type this. I'm sorry, but that's the best I can do. Perhaps you should try to contact Rockstar yourself.

I managed to get it working(I think)just about 1 hour after my post
turns out it was the "Load project" option and I was doing it wrong.
