Clip I saw: a guy is holding a desiccated, browned severed head which is biting his hand. He screams, throws the head into a corner, where it looks dazed and maybe blinks a little. This was probably made in the 80s, or perhaps the 70s.

No problem. I love both movies(the original more than this one) and this is one of the best lines/scenes from the sequel imho. lol James Karen was hilarious in both.
