I wouldn't say that either of them was the "worst". But if we're talking about who was the least Batman out of all, it's definitely Affleck. Whether you think that Keaton was sidelined in his movies by his villains, you have to agree that his character at least had something going on. You did understand him and his motives. With Affleck, his character is all about the aesthetic but no substance whatsoever. The worst thing out of all is that his Batman actually was made into sadist who enjoys hurting people. I don't know who are those people who claim that Affleck in BvS is "The Definitive Batman", but they certainly don't understand the character of Batman outside his superficial characteristics. Batman doesn't fight people because it stimulates his sick desire for pain and torture. Batman fights criminals because it's the only way to solve the problem, not because he enjoys doing that. If there are other ways for him to handle situation, he won't fight anybody.

Keaton was pretty good, especially when you consider he did actual detective work to figure out how to beat the Joker's poison, and he figured out who he was, and a few other things throughout the movie.
Ben didn't do an ounce of detective work among being easily manipulated and completely unreasonable being driven by blind hatred. Ben was by far the worst Batman I have ever seen. -

I'd normally vote Clooney til I saw Suicide Squad, but "Batman" using a child as a human shield against a gun pointed at him is inexcusable.
If they somehow struck that scene out, Affleck would be one of the better ones, but as-is, the absolute irrefutable worst.Thanks to Batmeh v Supermeh Yawn of Justice, the "S" now stands for Sidekick -
