All of these scream English as a second language: In your feelings, zipped, went around the bush, and so then you care for arguments.
I won't say you are liar because I don't know you. These things screams ESL if you aren't doing it on purpose, and English is your first language, you have to realize to us it sounds that way. That's the reason people question everything you say. I've taught ESL kids when I was a History Teacher. You have all the signs. You are close to sayings, achingly close. It would be less painful to read if they were further away from common idioms.
I can't speak for NY for hiring and paying for tuition. I can speak on CJ majors in NC/SC/VA. The undergrad university I went to had deals with the three states. My work study was in the registrar's office. I had to pool people's complete file. Basically, I had to go to each department (Financial, Cashiers Office, Academic Heads, Traffic Control, Culture Credit Office, etc) and make a complete file. Of the 1000's of files I had to make not 1 was completely paid for by 1 source. And the sponsored ones by a specific market CJ was the least represented. The University I went to were known for 4 majors: Education, CJ, Music, and Accounting. I graduated with Social Studies degree (the degree that merges History, Civics, Government, and an ass of Education Courses.) My brother graduated with Accounting degree. My best friend Music. Finally 8 of my closest friends to this day CJ. We even had 2 CJ majors Criminal Justice and Criminal Justice Criminology. The latter being more about sociology, detection, and the science of why people commit crimes. Of those 8 only 1 is a cop, mainly because you don't need the education to be one. It's overkill. All of this is to show I'm pretty well versed in this topic. The other 7 that aren't cops have jobs with the government and private business. They are paid from average (a Social Worker supervisor in Ohio), to moderately well (Department Head in State Government of NC) to extremely well (Head of a division of On Star that process and document Police requesting tracking/deactivating cars with On Star.) All these people have certain things in common. Near perfect attention to detail. Almost perfect grammar. The ability to write. (paper work in almost all CJ has to be perfect if not people lose their job) It becomes second nature. Knowing these people intimately. (well I haven't had sex with all of them but I did with 2) You don't seem to have any qualities with any of them. I thought I was judging you harshly. I am in bed for last 2 days with the flu (beep you flu shot that didn't work) So after seeing your way of speaking in multiple threads I went through your history.
If English is your first language and this isn't an act then I feel sorry for anybody who is forced to read what you have to write in your place of work. -

It's on purpose. It's simply me not caring to write much besides the specific word you pointed and they keep writing back. I'm just messing with these guys. It's entertainment for me.
If you work for the city in NY, they can pay your tuition if you want to go to school. I have been a Firefighter for almost 6 years and I plan on becoming a Fire Investigator. That's why I chose the major, Criminal Justice.
