Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

The guy keeps posting the most goofy stuff on his Twitter/Instagram/Facebook pages of his leg recovery and seems to be having a grand old time even though he's really not doing anything career-wise besides Superman, while Affleck has been stressing out on a "will I/won't I/I quit Batman" tirade.
It's just a funny kind of compare/contrast that I couldn't help but notice.
How does it feel to be deconstructed?

I mean I guess you gotta feel bad for the guy. Even just a little bit.
Last year was hell for him. Broke up with his wife, Batman v Superman was a critical failure (after Affleck promised it wouldn't be another Daredevil), The Accountant got mixed reviews, the "sad Affleck" meme was born, WB badgered the hell out of him to work on the Batman, Live By Night was his first directorial failure and then that all led to him stepping down from the director's chair.

I don't have Twitter or Instagram so I missed all of this. Perhaps Affleck is just a method actor and no one has told him that the Batman filming has finished at least for now.
To make a great film you need three things - the script, the script and the script -Alfred Hitchcock

I don't have them either, but you can still view them with no account.
