just not the same . Shame Lacey isn't back for the second series. Couldn't stay with the first episode of the new season.

I agree. I miss Molly. I never thought I'd say that about Lacey Turner, but, she made this show and Molly was "Our Girl". I loved her relationship with Captain James and this was her story
It's odd not seeing her when she's married to the Captain and friends with Georgie. Just not the same. It's a shame Lacey couldn't return because of Eastenders

Why isn?t Lacey Turner returning as Molly?
She?s too busy with her full-time role as Stacey Branning in EastEnders.
Lacey says: ?I had an amazing time making Our Girl and taking Molly on her journey. Unfortunately I won?t be able to take her through this series as I?m currently busy working on EastEnders, but I know that Tony will write a fantastic series full of action and drama with great characters.?
