I'm so upset I don't really have a lot of words. I think it's very telling though that in this episode everyone was on JP's side. Usually the episodes have people from both sides of the dispute.
Anyway, I just don't understand how there is not a wrongful death suit in order here. Her actions clearly caused events which lead to his further crippling and death within one year. Yet she gets 20 days in jail. Really?
So mad and sad for JP's family!!

Agreed. This particular case was infuriating. Holly barely got a slap on the wrist for causing JP's death.
