While accurate, there is almost universal consensus amongst Biblical and historical scholars that Jesus did live.

there is almost universal consensus amongst Biblical
        LOL religious liars
historical scholars that Jesus did live.
This based on the evidence thats the quality that proves aragorn and harry potter are real?
There was some guy "who was not named jesus"! Who the fairy tales where made up about.
If he didnt exist they would not have to lie about the "census" LOL historians have documents records etc etc etc with no mention of this myth, but they had to have the birth of "jewsus" in the right town to latch the jewish messiah myth! 🙂 other wise they would not need to lie about "jewsus" and the census to get him there, as they knew he didnt live there.

If you're so sure you've no need to be so concerned that you keep spamming the board.
I have questions too but screaming "there's no evidence" doesn't work.
There's plenty of evidence that Jesus existed. What is questionable is heather he was th son of God, and whether or not the miracles attributed to him can be proved.

What evidence? Now please insert the standard not evidences here!
What is questionable is heather he was th son of God,
Got any evidence? you would be the first
But the bible does prove jewsus was not the jewish messiah 🙂
whether or not the miracles attributed to him can be proved.
We they cant and they havent, just like the exact same miracles with the same quality of evidence (and even better) for many others at teh same time, befor eand after.

Let's see now. We can start with the fact that Jesus is mentioned by non-Christian authors.
1-Jospehus, the noted Jewish historian of the early 2nd century who mentions Jesus in one simple reference acknowledging his existence as he also does separately John the Baptist and John's execution by Herod Antipas.
2-Tacitus, the pagan Roman historian who in his Annals duly reports that Christ was executed by Governor Pontius Pilate during the reign of Tiberius.
I would also note for shallow minded atheist bigots who think they are "intellectual" when they make these declarations that not ONE argument used against the emerging Christian faith in the first centuries, EVER centered on the argument that Christ never existed. You will find plenty of arguments by non-Christians against the emerging faith and not ONE is centered on the idea that He was not real. You are just revealing what a vapid bigot you are in thinking you're so brilliant when you utter something that every honest scholar would cringe at regardless of whether they're a believer or not.
Dr. Paul Maier, the greatest of modern Christian historians summed it up best.
