I must be the only one who enjoyed it.I certainly learned allot about the BIBLE from watching it. As an Orthodox Christian I was quite offended that the producers, who are evangelicals, did not go back to the original Greek manuscripts of the New Testament and other historical sources but instead based the entire series on the King James Bible, a work of fiction freely adapted from questionable biblical manuscripts by English heretics via Royal Decree and agenda. The Calvinist Protestant slant of this series was quite obvious to genuine Christians. I for one am glad to see it cancelled, not for the reasons above, but mainly because it was a clumsily written, inaccurately researched, poorly executed dramatic series.
