Then how come in the season 4 premiere from last night, I saw Kelly Reilly's right titty in that sex scene?
Is national American TV now showing boobs? I'm not talking about channels like HBO or Showtime, by the way.
We don't talk about Bruno! No, no, no! -

I was flipping through stations yesterday (TV Land?) And watched it for the first time.
I found it very interesting and I'll try to catch it again. I missed the titty part but was kinda shocked by all the F-bombs!
I was like…this is odd, on network TV too

Paramount is not network TV. It's a cable channel.
The moniker "Network TV" is reserved for ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, and PBS, channels that you can get with just an antenna. -

They started experimenting more and by 2016 they were letting loose actual detailed Skinemax level nudity, F-bombs and even more shocking moments (i.e. most anything on FX including Snowfall, Southland & I Am the Night on TNT, and many more).
They were afraid of sponsors pulling out back when cable TV was first a thing. Half the time, they'll still let some stuff play uncut but they're still afraid to show nudity unless it is part of the show itself.
They used to show unrated versions for home media for various TV-14 rated shows like Vikings and Battlestar Galactica but times have changed indeed!
