I'm a bit off with the show talking about Britain's reigning monarchy and her family but I managed to catch this particular episode and I thought it was great.
Could have mentioned how the Duke of Edinburgh awards started rolling out to young people that year to give it a bit more polish but overall I thought it was very good
Ding Dong

I’m currently on episode 8 of season 1. I usually watch an episode a day you see because if I ‘binge’ a show then it just washes over me and nothing sticks. Elizabeth and Doctor Who have just gone on a tour of the commonwealth and are fed up of waving and smiling. Naughty Margaret has decided to spice up the Queens usual duties, which she does quite well considering it’s the 1950s and a gin and tonic was the height of fun.

Such are the talents of Stephen Tuffet…and he’s done a great job on this show. I wonder what will happen next, there’s just no way of knowing is there and no spoilers please!!

Well, in the story, that Canton Everett Delaware (The 3rd!) meets up with him at some point and brings petrol and things to his own death
Funny how he never mentioned the resemblance to the Queen's hubby then, but it was a dark day for everyone I suppose
That all said and done, ol' Phil is still kicking about when that happens. Even though he's met Prisoner Zero and the Interface from The Girl Who Waited already. Shame Claire Foy never got a role in Doctor Who, that would have rounded them up into three Queens
