With these you can make bread & or pasta & or confections
Buy peanut butter & jam to eat with the bread
Buy multivitamins to help fill and gaps in your nutrient intake

oatmeal
Velveeta
a couple lbs ground beef
buy apples These can be sliced up and frozen to keep longer
Buy potato's. A big bag. Entire nations have lived almost entirely off potato's.
Buy carrots too.
Cabbage is cheap and filling.
Onions
diced garlic can be bought by the jar

Oh that spam has been going on for years. Between Ellen, Johnny, Tim Burton and making racist remarks, that's pretty much all she talks about. It's them….and food.
