i stand with the airline. if she doesnt want to get squished, then the bitch needs to book a window seat.
I'm not sure what a window seat has to do with anything if she still has one of those fat pigs sitting next to her.
I think she should get some form of compensation for having an uncomfortable flight. If a customer complains, it's good customer service to give them a discount of some sort.
