first, lots of congrats and LOUD applause if you have secured a job as mentioned above. Sadly and second, let me take a canon to your happy balloon about living at this very exclusive Lauderdale complex: what you see listed is the monthly rent; to qualify to live there, you must put in the bank at least 1.5-4 times the monthly rent/ every month.
why? well, a place like this needs to ensure that no matter what a negative short term economic situation is, the tennants/renters/leasers have sufficient income to meet the costs.
so before you pack your stuff up and relocate to Fl,FL, do your due diligence and calculate what you will earn+receive in benefits and then start subtracting from that number all your expenses: rent, transport, food, phone, internet, electric, city utility bill, etc.
if you have a positive number when done, good! if negative, time to look at those expenses and see what can get adjusted to bring the net result positive -
