I am wondering- will the onslaught of massive baby boomer retirement in the next few years create a surge in graduate recruitment so as to fill in the voids created by them leaving?

Why do I need a grammar lesson? Graduate recruitment is a very commonly used pair of words in the field of..well work. I am just wondering if any official research has been done into the effect of baby boomer retirement on graduate recruitment or if any companies have made plans about increasing their annual graduate intake.
