I'm sure when Ginny starts taking multivitamins "specifically" made to promote ONLY hair and nail growth, she will see an improvement. I know this because I knew someone whose hair was shorter than Ginny's. He never would grow. It was like her scalp was barren or something. But she took those pills and her hair is in better condition than mine was bax when my hair was longer healthy and beautiful.
