With a Fork- Baby Carrots (or Cut?..)
- Applesauce (if Can Make, Can Make, Can Afford if Working! Size of Full Apple~)
- Tuna Fish (Mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper) on and With Lettuce (Like 2 Cans)
- Cereal (with Some Kind of Milk, Have Powdered Milk for "Emergencies") (Sweet Ones Not a Lot Every Day Anyway Because of Taste Too)
- Cucumber Cubes
- Can Start to Eat Greek Yogurt, a Dollup a Day
- Green Tea - Decaf - Hot (1 or 2 Cups)
- Bring Ricola Drops With Me
~ ~ ~ ~
VEGETABLES: Baby Carrots, Cucumber Cubes, the Lettuce in Tuna Fish "Dish"
FRUIT: Apple Sauce (Size of 1 Full Apple)
MEAT/"PROTEIN": Tuna Fish (2 Cans Worth)
GRAIN: Cereal
DAIRY: Milk in the Cereal, Start Trying a Dollup of Greek Yogurt Every Morning
OTHER: 2 Cups of Green Tea, Ricola Drops (in Vehicle)
WATER (Brita) (Cold)
I also take like 10 kinds of vitamins.. and pills "still" now.
I should have some like vegetable drink along etc. The bars are fine but not alone. The thing about this was I didn't want to prepare this every morning with insulin on my schedule, working, not sure if it'll be the bus even or free transportation, like a van maybe, where you just wait there.. These Ricola drops every 2 hours are great for emergencies. I have little baby containers for like around $6 to hold different ones on my table or counter or wherever. You could somehow bring them portable'y. It really does work a little / something. For me, the hunger is not extreme and is quell'd, sometimes not as completely but not as severe. It affects the body or fills it.
