I'm thinking regular L&O, SVU, Criminal Intent or maybe Shield.

    UNSOLVED
Some criminal is up for parole, or is about to go to trial, or his lawyer found grounds for appeal.
Whichever it is police has to go over the case again and reinterview the witnesses. The more they dig it becomes clear that the wrong person got arrested.
The scene I now got stuck in my head, is an adult male (I think black or hispanic) getting reinterviewed. He had picked out the picture of the guy who was originally arrested. Police at this point knows that he is lying, and he admits his daughter was the real witness and he just picked out the picture that mostly resembled the guy she had described to him. He wanted to spare her the trial but also still wanted to help do the right thing.
From what I remember most of the conversation with the dad is by his fron door/porch. And after they find out the truth they talk to the daughter in the back yard.
Don't remember anything about the cops other than that they are cops :s

    SOLVED
There is a murder investigation, and one (of maybe multiple) suspects is a doctor who shares a clinic with his wife. Blood test clears him of the first crime but somehow connects him to a rape case.
Lots of drama bla bla bla, but the doctor isn't really that scared of going to trial because he knows he didn't do it. Except the prosecutor is really good
Turns out the doc stole some blood from one of his wives patients, put it in a tube and inserted it into his arm. And whoever that blood belonged to committed the old case, and the doctor had faked the blood test to get away with the original murder.
No matter how I try to google this last one I only get up real cases, so I'm hoping someone here might've seen it.

#2 sounds like the "Law & Order: SVU" episode "Serendipity":

I'm pretty sure #1 is a Blue Bloods episode.

Unfortunately I never watched that show, so even if there is a scene like that I know it can't be the one I'm thinking of. But it looks good and I think I might have to check it out.
            But thanks 🙂
