Executive chef Jarrett Morgan at Steak, Grill & Bar notes how unhealthy oat milk is: "I was almost embarrassed to find after several years of using these products that the second ingredient is rapeseed oil, a highly processed omega-6 polyunsaturated fat that is considered inflammatory."

German video of a Finnish folk song (the most popular folk song in Finland - f.y.i. I asked a Norwegian girl working at Disney World if she knew it or the singer and she didn't. Asking her wasn't a good experience, "to say the least." Finland is also not a part of Scandinavia. I was going to go to the college there and study folk singing.)

This does remind me of Cleveland. This is the school with folk singing in Finland.

This one is kinda cool, as well as sounding very clean/robotic..
Swedish, probably in Germany
I like the first song, I know. (It's "The Tide Is High.")
He seems famous, he's Dutch from Indonesia, and the Dutch have ruled Indonesia for 600-700 years. It seems controversial with the French ruling Polynesia, England owning maybe places in/around Africa, and Spain owning the Philippines in Asia, though Indonesia can be seen as a part of Asia, Indonesians coming over from Asia maybe 10,000 years ago, including or mostly from China, which is from Africa, so I read, though it may be a general migration, maybe at different times, departing from Africa.

I heard that almond milk isn't good either because it uses the skins of the almonds which contain lectins and cause inflammation. I wonder if they make a
blanched almond
almond milk.
