Eat plain yogurt. Sweeten it with a low cal sweetener. Ideally, Stevia.
Don’t eat a bunch of fruit. I’ve told you this before. Modern GMO fruit (which is most of it in the stores today)
contains up to 20 times the sugar of traditional heirloom fruit!
