350, which isn't that low. Not surr of the size but they're small. I've cooked chicken the same way, and it didn't dry out.
I don't really care for pork chops. I'd have preferred to do a pork stir fry or pulled pork.

1/2 to 1 inch thickness at 250 for a couple of hours, covered.
A small amount of water in the pan - do not put too much.
Flip halfway through the cooking process and cover.
A Saturday night special is an EVERYDAY special. -
