I always was told it stays fresher on the counter.
Never keep your bread in the fridge. The starch molecules in bread recrystallize very quickly at cool temperatures, and causes the bread to stale much faster when refrigerated. *Shop-bought loaves should be kept in an air-tight plastic bag at room temperature rather than in the fridge.

In the humid climate where I live, the bread goes mouldy in a day outside the fridge. In England, where I was born, we had a breadbin and it worked perfectly.

I'm having sauerkraut with hot dogs and dumplings, tonight. It's my 2nd time this week!
'Doesn't look too shabby, on your end.
…But I'm going to have 10 dumplings, maybe more than half a medium-large jar of sauerkraut, and up to maybe all 8 turkey hot dogs. What's missing? I just ordered mocha frappe mix on Amazon this morning. I also got my natural high cholesterol supplements just now.
So, I'm not sure what else I can make, now.

I might eat 150%-200% saturated fat a day but am on high cholesterol pills and got natural ones to add today to fight the natural fight, which was meant to be.
