      So far I havent been too good.
      Breakfast:
      I had 2 biscuits with butter and jelly
      And 2 eggs over easy
      That was about 600 calories. I can still have another 600

          Not sure what your diet is but this is the way to have stuffed peppers. Use the sauce as a gravy on the potatoes.

            yes they were really good. I stuffed them with ground beef, tomato sauce, onion and rice.. i didnt have mashed potatoes, maybe next time..i think maybe i could make them ahead and freeze them
            mine looked like the second picture because i boiled the peppers first, so they would be more tender

              Absolutely. We always make a big batch and freeze them. We do the same when we make these.
              When I say we make a big batch I mean big. We make them in something like this.
              Now I am super hungry for stuffed peppers and cabbage rolls. LOL

                Breakfast
                = Bannana, 2 fish cake's and home made potato wedges
                Lunch
                = **** all
                snacks
                = a handful of salted nuts ( **** off, nothing gay about it ) 4 cups of tea
                Dinner
                = ( will be having ) TGIF bbq chicken with uncle Bens smokey BBQ rice.
                I have only recently got into to uncle bens rice, i tend to prefer the ones that dont have " bits " in it, just flavoured rice like the smokey BBQ.
                Anyone reccomend a type of Uncle Bens I should try next?
