Probably more Japanese than Chinese when it comes to homemade.
I generally don't eat a lot of Chinese. After all, it's been a few years since I had it, and I rarely if ever crave it. I'm probably good for another few year now.

The strangest thing is I very rarely crave Chines. For perspective, I haven't had Chinese food in years, and then I watched some movie on TV where they were eating Chinese and thought, oooooh, that looks pretty good! So I picked up Chinese that night (but to be fair, I threw the rest out that night because it wasn't all that good, and also because one of the worst smells once you put it in the fridge!)
