There almost was. The wind blew my flag right off it's bracket. Tree limbs and branches were all over the place.
I wish I could tell you that our house flew up and into a strange and colorful place and landed on a witch. I wish that I could tell you that I am an official member of The Lollipop Guild.
Sadly, I'm still stuck here….

I'm thinking Tuna Fish Spicy Nachos
Hear me out.
Get a cheap can of Tuna (there's your protein folks) and put on the stove for a few minutes, a bag of Spicy Nacho Doritos, dump in the pan with a very light blending of parsley, mushrooms, onions, green peppers (i can't reiterate 'light' enough)
then smother with a blend of cheeses (more protein and now dairy) - and dash gently with onion/garlic salt, pepper with a few dashes of Franks 'Red Hot' Sauce.
