I'm thinking Tuna Fish Spicy Nachos
Hear me out.
Get a cheap can of Tuna (there's your protein folks) and put on the stove for a few minutes, a bag of Spicy Nacho Doritos, dump in the pan with a very light blending of parsley, mushrooms, onions, green peppers (i can't reiterate 'light' enough)
then smother with a blend of cheeses (more protein and now dairy) - and dash gently with onion/garlic salt, pepper with a few dashes of Franks 'Red Hot' Sauce.

did you fail to see where i saute it so to speak - in a frying pan and add onions, mushrooms, parsley, green peps and smother with cheese over a Big Boy Bag of Spicy Nacho Doritos.
i'ts all about getting my nutrition.
same thinking can be placed with mixxed drinks - i.e. Rum and Coke or Jack and Coke - you just dump a shot in a pint glass - fill with cola - you can't even taste the liquor - but you're still getting a buzz
would you rather just roll with Doritos and Cheese?

agreed - i've done this - with ground beef too
unfortunately i don't have any chicken on hand but do have a can of tuna
